Core Policy Details

  • Eligibility: Returns are applicable ONLY for off-the-shelf products that do not have any customization.
  • Customized Products: Final Sale. Customized items (pattern, measurements, threads) cannot be returned or exchanged as they are tailored specifically to the customer.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be raised immediately upon receipt, and eligible items must reach the facility within 7 business days of purchase.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: In rare cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, returns are accepted if reported to Svasa Care within 24 to 72 hours, often requiring an unboxing video.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact: Reach out to the team via WhatsApp at +91 75502 60033 (Operations/Dispatch) to raise the request.
  2. Approval: Wait for final approval from the Svasa Care team, who will then arrange a return pick-up.
  3. Refunds: Once the returned product clears quality checks, the refund is processed within one week.
